Accessibility

The Grad Club aims to be a welcoming space for everyone. If there's anything we can do to make your visit easier, please let our staff know or send us a note through our feedback form.

Assistive Listening

Our sound system includes an assistive listening feature that lets you stream live audio from the Grad Club — including music and speakers using the mic at events like Tuesday Trivia — directly to your phone.

You can listen through headphones, earbuds, or Bluetooth-enabled hearing aids. The service is free and available whenever the Grad Club is open.

How to Connect

1. Join the uwosecure-v2 Wi-Fi network.

2. Download the free WaveCAST app from the App Store or Google Play.

3. Open the app and select the Grad Club.

Troubleshooting

If the Grad Club doesn't appear in the app, enter this server address: 129.100.112.16

If you're using an iPhone, you may need to turn off Private Wi-Fi Address for uwosecure-v2 in your Wi-Fi settings. If the app asks for permission to access your local network, tap OK; the app needs this to receive audio.
